I love Thanksgiving mostly because I know I get to make this for EVERY MEAL for a couple of days! YUM!
You can use whatever you happen to have but these are musts in mine!
Green Beans/Collard Greens
Salt and Pepper to taste
Grill 1/4 inch thick in a skillet for about 45 seconds.
Mix in greens and saute for about 30 seconds.
Push to side of pan.
Add mashed potatoes and stuffing. Cook for about 30 seconds.
Add gravy and mix together until gravy covers everything.
Serve on top of roll.
The rolls are best if you warm them first.
You can layer the ingredients separately if you want instead of mixing them together.
