Stir Fry

I’m not sure if this constitutes as a stir fry but I sure do love it.

1 cup Water
2 cups Frozen Veggies
2 Chicken Breast (cubed)
Noodles (I use spaghetti but use whatever floats your boat)
2 Tbsp Butter or Vegetable Oil
1 clove Garlic (crushed)
Spices (I use salt but use whatever spices you like)

Throw everything in a deep skillet except for the butter.
Cook covered on med/high stirring occasionally until the water dissolves.
Add butter or oil and saute on medium heat until it starts to get a little crispy.

Keep an eye on this when the water’s getting low so the noodles don’t stick and burn
