Slow Cooked Pork Sandwich

Cheap and easy at the end of the month

3 Boneless Pork Chops
3 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
2 Cup Water
1 Tbsp Yellow Mustard (Brown or Dijon would be good too)
Salt and Pepper to taste
2 Tbsp Mayo
4 Slices of bread

Slow cook the pork chops, water and Worcestershire sauce on high for 2 1/2 – 3 hours.
Once pork is tender pull it apart and return to slow cooker.
Add mustard, salt and pepper (and more Worcestershire if you want it)
Cook for an additional 30 minutes stirring every 10 minutes or so.
During the last 10 minutes of cooking spread mayo onto 1 side of each slice of bread and grill it face down on a skillet or griddle until golden brown.
Serve pork atop the bread.

You can use whatever kind of bread you’d like/have. (I prefer Sourdough but I’ve used Hot Dog Buns and it was still really good.
